Reservations

Summit Limousine will follow up with a brief phone call to confirm your trip details. At that point we will ask for a credit card to confirm and hold your reservation. We do not bill until the day of service.

We will track the flight number provided and be ready at the airport when you arrive. Upon your flight arrival, we will contact you by text message or phone call and arrange a meeting at the door outside baggage claim. Please let us know of any changes to flight numbers, number in party or dates departing\arriving.

Cancellation Policy: Please provide us advance notice if you should need to cancel a confirmed reservation. Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled pick-up time and no-shows subject to full rate cancellation fee.
